Dear colleagues,

We are holding an Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) of the Members of the Association at the ESEE 2022 conference in Pisa.

For those of you attending the conference, this is an opportunity to be informed about the activities of the Board, and to take part in an exciting interactive session contemplating a new vision for ESEE. Attendance will be taken (as in previous meetings).

The Ordinary General Meeting will take place on Thursday, 16th June from 11:15 to 12:45.

If you cannot attend the meeting, we kindly ask you to pass on your vote (to approve the treasurer’s budget) to an active member who will be attending. You can do so by sending me an email elke.pirgmaier@unil.ch by Monday 13th June at the latest. Any active member can hold a maximum of 3 proxy votes in addition to the vote for him/herself.
