USSEE/ESA 2019 Joint Meeting Early RegistrationEarly bird registration is now open, and runs through June 27th. Regular registration runs through July 18th, and onsite registration runs up until the event.When you go to register, first make sure you have renewed your USSEE membership. There are $200 in savings for people registering at the membership rate vs the non-member rate ($80 in savings for students). The cost of USSEE membership is $15 for students, and ranges from $15 to $130 for non-students based on income level.. For more information, click here.
Call for Posters: ESA & USSEE 2019 Joint Meeting, August 11-16Join us this August 11-16 for the ESA & USSEE 2019 Joint Meeting in Louisville, Kentucky! The theme, Bridging Communities & Ecosystems: Inclusion as an Ecological Imperative, will explore how inclusive approaches to ecology can build bridges between theory and practice, connect those working in disparate landscapes and subdisciplines, and incorporate diverse perspectives. XIII National Meeting of ECOECOThe Brazilian Society for Ecological Economics (ECOECO) is pleased to anounce that the XIII National Meeting of ECOECO will be held in the State University of Campinas, state of São Paulo (September 23rd to 26th). This year, celebrating twenty-five years of existence, our bi-annual Meeting is being planned under the issue of “Will the Anthropocene be the era of environmental collapse? Thinking of an economy for planet Earth.” During these days we will be discussing how ecological economics can provide theoretical and methodological tools to face challenges imposed by the Anthropocene.
